LET ME FILL YOU WITH MY Love, Joy and Peace: these are Glory gifts, flowing from My living Presence. Though you are an earthen vessel, I designed you to be filled with heavenly contents.
Dear Jesus, We are not only an earthen vessel. We are also a leaky container. We need to be filled and refilled - over and over again. Without You, our emptiness is profound. Please fill us with Your Love, Joy and Peace to full measure.
Beloved, come to Me and linger in My Presence. I am eager to fill you with MY Glory gifts, but this takes time: focused time with Me. Do not rush into My Presence: trying to grab as much blessing as you can before making a quick exit. Instead, stay with a while, enjoying the awesome privilege of communing with your King. As you wait with Me, My very Life flows into you. I choose to fill you with heavenly substance, even though you are a jar of
clay - a leaky one at that!
I want you to be all Mine - filled to overflowing with My Love, Joy and Peace. Because these Glory gifts leak out of you, you need Me continually for renewal. Your neediness is not a mistake or defect. It keeps you looking to Me, depending on Me, communicating with Me. Though you are a frail earthen jar, I have filled you with the most precious treasure: the divine Light of the gospel. Your human frailty is necessary to show that this exceedingly great Power is not from you but from Me.
I am Christ in you, the hope of Glory. As I fill you with My Glory-gifts, let My wondrous Light shine through you into other people's lives.
- Jesus
